Lately I have been obsessed with these two products! I just cannot get enough of them 🙂
First off is the Bioderma Makeup Remover, to say I am OBSESSED is an understatement! I received this one from my beauty swap with Reify and it is incredible! I usually use wipes then wash my face with a cleanser but my Costco wipes always sting my eyes and burns 😦
This does not! I mean not to sound crazy but I even pressed the cotton ball in my eye to see if it would sting and nothing!! Omg love this and recommend it everyone and their mother ❤

Next is this top coat HK Girl I received from Jacqueline and this has changed my whole nail polish routine around!
I constantly wash my hands like 100 times a day so painting my nails has always been eh to me. I get a mani/pedi every couple of months but nail care was certainly not on my list because nail polish always chips and fades from all the hot water and soap.
This top coat though has me looking forward to painting my nails more often 🙂 I painted them on Monday morning (with the help of my son lololol he added the dots for fun) and it is now Thursday and I only have very small chips on two of fingers out of ten. My jaw is dropped as I write this because that is incredible!!! I am so use to them chipping that I cannot believe this and love Jacqueline for introducing this to me ❤
Finally the Julia Petit Collection came out and my best friend since 2nd grade Elaine went to get the two things I desperately wanted from this collection.

Ahhhh I go back to Chicago for Easter and will be picking these up from her and I can’t thank her enough because she is my life saver. When this got launched this morning I tried buying Boca and Acai since I didn’t want to wait but Boca got taken out of my cart as I was checking out but I was only able to get Acai.
I can’t believe how fast the lipsticks sold out and the blush. I sometimes get annoyed with these MAC collections because it is crazy and stressful. This was suppose to be released last week online but MAC fail it wasn’t then it was suppose to be released in stores today but some released yesterday. So confusing! And even more annoying is seeing people buy multiples just to sell them online for double or triple the price. Ridiculous!! I especially hated that the lipstick got taken out of my cart as I was checking out I wish they had a limit on how many you buy of each product for these LE collections and at least 5 min to check out. Ugh!! Happy I got what I wanted but sad for anyone who missed this 😦

I have never heard of this brand before but I’m tempted to give it a try. I use make-up wipes to remove my make-up and they tend to irritate my skin. Thanks for the info!!

Dang that stinks! It recently got released here in the States so it is very new brand here and only available on this one site. It’s so good I wish it was available more though because everyone needs this 🙂

I actually laughed out loud when I read that you actually put the cotton ball on your eye to test the Bioderma!! Usually I tend to stay away from most MAC collections because of the madness that they cause. I still get an adrenaline rush (how sad hahaha) when I run to Sephora to grab a new and LE item, but MAC kind of scares me!

Lolololol I tend to get crazy and curious like that 🙂 There was so much hype when I read about this brand that I had to test it out. I even squirted a little of the water in my eye just to really test it out, but no irritation or stinging and my skin itself didn’t turn red afterwards like it does with wipes. It was crazy!! I love the rush too of LE hahaha. MAC is hardcore crazy though, they released it yesterday at some stores and I called the MAC on Michigan Ave they had it all in stock but $7 shipping fee!! Crazies I then called my bestie to see if she was awake to run there to get it of course she asleep. I called the Macy’s on State St and they sold out of everything except one lipstick and lipgloss ordered that since it was free shipping and after a million calls to my bff she finally woke up and went to the MAC on Michigan Ave and got us everything we wanted. This morning I decided to get Acai and an extra Boca but it sold out within minutes. I don’t think MAC handles these LE collections very well. It is so stressful and it isn’t worth the stress of it but it is a disease lolol. Mac is like my drug supplier and I need my fix. I am coming to Chicago for Easter weekend and can’t wait to hit up the Nordstroms on Michigan Ave! I need my CT fix lolol

I’m glad the Bioderma is worth it, I’ve heard every UK blogger and youtuber talk about it non-stop! I’ll have to grab myself a bottle 🙂 And OMG your friend is so nice for going out and braving the crowds for you guys!! Sometimes it’s exciting to want to be the first person to have new stuff or to make sure you don’t miss out, but it seems that MAC sucks all the fun out of purchasing their LE items. I’m not opposed to getting up super early or waiting with a crowd to get a product I want, but it seems that EVERY collection is that way. OOOO what CT items are you thinking of?? I’m still debating on the Filmstar Bronze and Glow!

It was crazy Colleen, there was no line!!! No one knew about the launch since it was suppose to be today so she walked in and out with a breeze. I am happy she finally woke up after my 30th call to her at 11am, they had only been open for an hour but I was so worried.
And yes they are sucking the fun and excitement from it. I feel they purposely have very little quantity on purpose. Hate that! The hype is crazy and people are crazy. I can’t deal!!!
I have to exchange a lipstick but I think I might get the clay mask or the primer I want the mattes but they won’t be coming in until September. I love the filmstar!! The summer line supposedly has a cream version of the Filmstar which I would love so much since I don’t really like powder on me with my super dry skin. Do you work everyday? I would say lets meet up and get makeovers together at Nordies 🙂

Yay Beautylish!! That’s soooo lucky!!! Even when the exciting new collections aren’t out the MACs by me are insane. It’s so hard to get service sometimes, even when I only want to grab something and not try it on! I’m curious about the primer too! It sounds so nice 🙂 Ahhhh sadly I think I’m out of town visiting family in central IL Easter weekend 😦 I’ve never been to the Nordstroms in the city since it’s a little far away from me, but I want to make a trip there soon!

Ugh I know! I sometimes dread going into the MAC Pro on Armitage, I rarely can go in there and get good service but I will be going there again to just check out what they have lololol.
Aww that stinks you will be out of town 😦 You should definitely check it out! The whole store is beautiful and the cosmetics section is so big and fully stocked of everything! I love going in there just to get a free makeover and play with makeup that I dream of owning one day. The Charlotte Tilbury counter there is my favorite and all the girls are always so nice to me that I just keep going back. I will be coming back at the end of April maybe we can meet then because I have my eye on the TF summer line and both Nordstrom and Nieman Marcus are so close to each other downtown that I hope one of them gets it soon 🙂

It never hurts to browse, I usually just go and stare at the eye shadows at MAC haha and I want to go and look at all of the pretty makeup! I’ve heard that the service is great there so I will have to get a little makeover when I’m there! And yes it would be great to finally meet you and Josie!!

Oh yeah, & the reason I did not get Chatterbox from Mac is they are not nice at the Mac store I went to. I also thought the color looked like ColourPop’s Fetch kinda. I wish I could swatch them to confirm though.

Ughhhh I hate terrible customer service!!!!! I am happy you didn’t buy it then because those b’s didn’t deserve your hard earned money. I would write an email to corporate I do that all the time! I never accept their free things or whatever they offer I just like letting them know it isn’t right to treat people so poorly and that I wrote so that no one has to feel the way I felt.
I am so excited you got HK Girl because the hype for me is real. I have Seche Vite and loved it too until HK Girl because it really does make the polish last forever!

Yeah, if the Customer Svc sux I hate to buy anything from them. I have written letters before, what is awful some companies don’t care at all. I will have to try to compare Seche & HK Girl in a test! You have both? Ah a comparison swatch would be awesome!

Lolol you know I did I just had to test it out 🙂 The Bioderma really is super nice and I love that when you order off beautylish they give you a traveling bottle too! So I am ready for Spain with it 🙂 I took advantage of the $10 off new customer and got the CT Beach Stick. I originally didn’t want it but I realized I do love creamy products and it will be perfect when I travel because I won’t have to pack other blushes. I never liked painting my nails either but it isn’t so bad especially with this top coat because it seriously makes the nails last ages!

I have!! I asked 2 different CT Nordstrom people if we are getting it and no one had a clue what I was talking about 😩 I really want the cream Filmstar I like the powder but creams are so nice on my super dry skin. I really hope they are released here but since I saw mattes in the collection I am not sure we are getting them since mattes are getting released supposedly in September

It’s a summer collection! The logic thing would be to be released before summer hits!
Anyways I’m excited for the cream products too! The little cream eyeshadow pots look so similar to the TF ones! Fingers crossed the quality will be close, at least!
I also prefer cream products in summer! Just easier to use and they have a certain mesmerising glow!

I love creams too and I was so surprised because the Tom Ford counter told me about their summer collection coming out in April and had all the colors listed for me but CT was at a loss 😢😩 at to what I was even saying. I had to email them pictures from instagram for them 😒

Really? I enjoy it because it doesn’t stink my eyes when I am wiping off my glitter and shimmer from my eyes. I have overly sensitive skin that hates life so i also love that it doesn’t make it breakout or turn red

I used to use it a couple of years ago! I had a little eye surgery and my doctor recommended minimal to jot at all eye makeup and to remove it obviously this one since it was THE thing at the moment!
It worked well! But after a while it stung my eyes, nothing bad though! And it also dried the skin around my eyes!
I started using it instead of using water to cleanse my face ( as I usually do with all my face mists, micellair waters etc. ) and it dried my face too…
I switched it for the L’Oreal, the Bourjois, then Avene, then La Riche-Posay, Ivatherm, and I lost count and interest in it!… 😅
I should try it again now! 😊

What By Terry products are you most interested in? I’m (of course) interested in the famous rose balm, but I’m also interested in the eyeshadow sticks. I’ve heard good things about those.
If you’re really loving a particular manicure, you can squeeze some extra days by applying a new top coat each day. :o)

Omg that’s exactly what I have been looking at the eyeshadow sticks! I love Laura Mercier’s but I am running low since I literally use them almost every day but I thought I would try some of By Terry since everyone loves that one too. I thought I would order 2 and then compare it with my Laura Mercier but I will wait until I run out to really justify the price lol
