The month is coming to an end and I’m still on this October Fitness Challenge- Squats! 2 more days and I will be done! Whew! Do I see a difference? I actually feel my butt a little tighter and solid lol which is what I was hoping for. My sister said I have a nice bottom shape haha
I just signed for the 5K Hot Chocolate run with our friend Ellie. This will be my first Hot Chocolate run so I’m excited to eat all the chocolate I want at the end lol The race is in 2 weeks and I’m really out of shape. I’ve been on the treadmill this past two days to build up my running pace. Hoping to run the entire run in 30 minutes.
It’s so hard for me to make time to head to the gym. I’m really wasting money having a gym membership and have been thinking of cancelling. Glad I have a treadmill at home and the internet! I’ve been looking for some workout videos for my inner thighs. I came across Cassey Ho’s page. Nice and quick videos that you can do at home!
